Lynette Schultheis

Lynette Schultheis is senior vice president and Western division manager at FM Global. Based in Dallas, Texas, she is responsible for overseeing the Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Latin American operations.

Schultheis previously served as operations manager for FM Global’s Australian operations, where she had oversight of setting the strategic direction in Australia and New Zealand, executing corporate objectives and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Prior to that role, Schultheis was regional manager of Europe for AFM, FM Global’s middle-market insurance division, based in London, U.K. There, she was responsible for overall operations for the London, Paris, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Madrid and Milan offices.

Prior to moving to London, Schultheis was division underwriting manager for the Western division of FM Global. Earlier in her career, she held several roles at FM Global, including client service manager for the Australian operations, based in Melbourne; and assistant client service manager, account manager and underwriter for the Dallas, Texas, USA, operations. She joined the company in 1986 as a DIC underwriter in Park Ridge, Illinois, USA.

Schultheis holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana, Illinois, USA, and the CPCU designation from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.
