Johnell R. Holly

Johnell R. Holly is senior vice president, global client services, sales, and marketing for FM Global. In this role, Holly oversees operations for Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland and St. Louis, leading the management and direction of insurance and engineering operations.

Prior to this role Holly served as operations senior vice president, operations manager for FM Global’s New York operations, where he directed client service, engineering and processing, and created strategies for retaining clients and developing new business opportunities. During his 20-year career with FM Global, Holly has held a number of additional roles, including operations vice president of Asia operations, based in Singapore; client service management; business development executive; account manager; underwriter; and consultant engineer.

Before joining FM Global, Johnell served seven years in the U.S. Army as part of various commands, concluding his military career with the U.S. Special Forces Command. Johnell earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science/systems engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
