Sustainability Select gives the choice of "green" coverage and a unique new coverage offering called risk improvement, offering maximum flexibility to support clients’ sustainability efforts. These coverage choices can be purchased either separately or together and both are available on a location-by-location basis.
An industry first, the Risk Improvement Coverage allows clients to improve the risk quality of a location where a loss has occurred by paying for the extra cost to satisfy current recommendations in FM Global’s Property Loss Prevention Data Sheets.
Clients have an opportunity to more easily upgrade physically damaged portions of a facility utilizing “green” materials and practices, as defined by any recognized green rating system.
