2012 Annual Report Summarizes Year of Growth and Achievement

By all key measures, 2012 was a very successful year. Financially, we achieved our objectives, both in insurance operations and in the performance of our investments. Client retention remained very high, and 2012 was one of our best years yet for attracting new business. We accomplished all of this despite the impact of Superstorm Sandy—our single largest net aggregate natural disaster loss to date.
