Commercial Property Insurer FM Global Announces R.R. Donnelley COO John R. Paloian Elected to Its Board of Directors

JOHNSTON, R.I.—FM Global, one of the world’s largest business property insurers, has announced that John R. Paloian, chief operating officer of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, has been elected to its board of directors. R.R. Donnelley is one of the world’s premier full-service printing companies.

Paloian joins FM Global’s 13-member board, which comprises executives from the world’s most influential companies. FM Global is a mutual insurance company owned and directed by its policyholders.
